Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene reasons, we offer limited return options.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if:

• The product is damaged, leaking, or defective on arrival.

• The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent).
  
  

2. Return Conditions

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@melve.in with photos/videos.

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
  
  

3. Refunds

• After inspection, if the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  
  

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective or wrong.
