Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene reasons, we offer limited return options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if:

The product is damaged, leaking, or defective on arrival.

The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent).
2. Return Conditions

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@melve.in with photos/videos.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
3. Refunds

After inspection, if the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective or wrong.
